「Trick Star / 半神半人」

2023年9月28日(木) – 10月15日(日)の期間、花代による個展「Trick Star / 半神半人」を開催いたします。

花代が見たハワイ。美しい自然に恵まれた島には、複雑な歴史と幻想と現実が存在していた。神秘的な植物と島の人びと。神聖な場所で眠っていた記憶が光の中で甦る。ハワイに伝わるフラの儀式を一瞬の光とともに捉えた世界を、小さな写真集『kalika me lama』（torch press）とともに展示します。

作品の売り上げはマウイ島火事の森林復興に寄付します。

We are pleased to announce “Trick Star / 半神半人” a solo exhibition by Hanayo from September 28 (Thu.) – October 15 (Sun.) 2023.

Hawaii seen by Hanayo. In the island blessed with beautiful nature, there exists a complex tapestry of history, fantasy, and reality. Mystical plants and the people of the island. Memories slumbering in sacred places come to life in the light. An exhibition showing a world captured in a moment of light, the Hawaiian hula ritual, accompanied by a small photobook “Kalika me Lama” (torch press). 

The proceeds from the artwork will be donated to the reforestation efforts for the Maui Island fire.
