  佐藤実 （またはminoru sato -m/s、m/s、佐藤実 -m/s）
  1963年生まれ、鎌倉市在住。自然記述と芸術表現の関係に関心を持ち、さまざまな自然現象と多様な概念に基づく展示作品及び実演作品を制作。学際的な領域にて活動する芸術家。1991年シドニーで開催されたサウンドアート最初期の国際展SoundCultureへの参加をはじめ、主に欧米や国内にてインスタレーションやライブ・パフォーマンスを発表している。またソロやASUNA等と共に音に主軸をおいた活動も展開する。1994年-2006年アーティスト活動のためのレーベルWrKを設立、運営していた。
  芸術家としての活動と並行して学芸及び研究活動に従事し、1991-2013年まで公立美術館の学芸員として展覧会やパフォーマンス、上映、トークイベントの企画などを行なってきた。現在はアメリカの作曲家アルヴィン・ルシエの作品研究や実験音楽に関する講演会を行うと共に、コミュニティFM「渋谷のラジオ」にて写真家の平間至と共に音楽番組のパーソナリティ、芸術にまつわるさまざまな話題をポッドキャストをはじめオンラインや講演会にて提供する「アートラジオ 藝術の話」の管理人を務めている。
  
  Born in 1963, he lives in Kamakura. Interested in the relationship between descriptions of nature and artistic expression, he creates exhibition pieces and live performances based on various natural phenomena and diverse concepts. He is an artist active in interdisciplinary fields. Beginning with his participation in “SoundCulture”, one of the earliest international sound art exhibitions held in Sydney in 1991, he has presented installations and live performances primarily in Europe, the United States, and Japan. He also pursues activities centered on sound, both as a solo artist and in collaboration with groups such as ASUNA. From 1994 to 2006, he founded and operated WrK, a label dedicated to supporting artistic activities.
  In parallel with his work as an artist, he has been engaged in curatorial and research activities; from 1991 to 2013, he served as a curator at a public art museum, where he planned exhibitions, performances, screenings, and talk events. Currently, he conducts research on the works of American composer Alvin Lucier and gives lectures on experimental music. He also co-hosts a music program on the community FM station “Shibuya no Radio” with photographer Itaru Hirama, and serves as the curator of “Art Radio: Conversations on Art”, a platform that explores various topics related to the arts through podcasts, online content, and lectures.
