「引き出しの焼き増し」

2026年5月14日(木) – 5月31日(日)の期間、上野利之、赤木雄一、池田匡秀による3人展「引き出しの焼き増し」を開催いたします。

上野利之は渋谷の写真店「フォートウエノ」で店主を務める傍ら、自身の写真作品を発表しています。

赤木雄一は1982年広島県広島市生まれ、東京を拠点にファッション誌や広告の仕事を中心に活動し、その他に自身の作品制作、アーティストとのコラボレーションなどを発表しています。

池田匡秀は1984年生まれ、東京を拠点に商業写真と並行して作品制作を行なっている写真家です。

本展は3人がある引き出しと偶然出会ったことから企画された展覧会です。

見ず知らずの方の引き出しを観るという経験をした。

時間の経過で色褪せてはいるが、
持ち主が愛着を持って使用していたであろう、撮影機材や当時のフィルムは、そのまま綺麗に引き出しの四角形に収まっていた。

もし新しい引き出しを作ったら、私は何を入れるだろう。

切り出した引き出しとそれが気になった知り合い３人の写真展

We are pleased to announce “Reprint of the drawer” exhibition by three photographers by Toshiyuki Ueno, Yuichi Akagi, and Masahide Ikeda from Thursday May 14 – Sunday May 31, 2026.

Toshiyuki Ueno runs the photography shop “Fort Ueno” in Shibuya while also exhibiting his own photographic works.
Yuichi Akagi was born in Hiroshima City, Hiroshima Prefecture, in 1982. Based in Tokyo, he works primarily on fashion magazines and advertising, while also creating his own works and collaborating with other artists.
Masahide Ikeda, born in 1984, is a photographer based in Tokyo who creates his own works alongside commercial photography.

This exhibition was conceived after the three photographers happened upon a certain drawer.

I had the experience of looking inside a stranger’s drawer.

Though faded with the passage of time,

the photographic equipment and film from that era—which their owner must have used with great affection—still fit neatly within the square confines of the drawer.

If I were to make a new drawer, what would I put inside it?

A photo exhibition featuring a cut-out drawer and three acquaintances intrigued by it
